Aluminum alloy 3003. In most cases, this is probably the best alloy for bending. You get average strength, very good cold workability and high elongation. It also provides one of the largest differences between yield strength and tensile strength.
Aluminum alloy 5052. This alloy is a close second. You can get high elongation and there is a significant difference between yield strength and tensile strength. You also get high strength and excellent corrosion behavior compared to other non-heat treatable grades.
Aluminum alloy 5083. Is a classic alloy used in marine applications with good corrosion resistance and weldability.
Aluminum alloys 6061 and 6082. These are versatile heat-treatable alloys that, when annealed, provide a satisfactory difference between yield and tensile strength with good elongation.
